Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure that the product you are interested in will fit the area in which you intend to put it. We will not be responsible for deliveries of products that will not fit.

Please ensure that we will have adequate access to your home so that a large delivery truck can drop off your delivery.

Assembly can be provided on items that require it for a fee (cost depending on the complexity of the item). This can be requested when ordering items if required.

Safe disposal and removal of your old furniture can be facilitated for a small fee. Delivery is generally carried out by 2 experienced delivery drivers, who will deliver your new goods to a room of your choice and also remove the packaging free of charge if requested.

Is it possible to collect products?

Provided that we have been notified beforehand so that we can arrange to have your order ready for you, we can facilitate collection from either our Clonmel or Mitchelstown store.

I can’t find what I’m looking for – are all of your products on your website?

No, our website only displays a selection of the furniture that is available to us. If you can’t see what you are looking for just give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to help. We deal with all major furniture suppliers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card, debit card and PayPal.

How will I know if my order has been successful?

After you place an order online you will be taken to a page confirming your order. You will also receive an email with your order confirmation.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all of our prices on are inclusive of VAT.

What happens if I am unsure of a purchase or what to return a product purchased from

If you are unsure about a purchase, you must state this to one of our delivery personnel on delivery of the product/s, so that the original packaging of the product will not be removed. You have 7 days from delivery date to notify if you want to return your product, however a fee will be deducted from your refund. will not accept the products back if they are NOT sealed in their original packaging. If the product was a special order we will not refund your deposit. This does not apply to faulty items or those items which may not be as described but if the goods are found to be faulty on delivery, the items should be returned with the driver and reported to while the driver is still present.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you think a product you received may be faulty, please email us immediately at with full details of the fault and photographs if possible. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you promptly to resolve your issue.
